Setting goals that can be accomplished in a day are so rewarding.
These old bricks were salvaged from the house,
so we spent Sunday morning chipping off the old mortar,
great fun!

ReplyDeleteI have a stack of bricks which were left from my house, and have been thinking about using them for a pathway. I wonder if I have enough for the pathway to go anywhere, or just enough for it to look odd ;-)

ReplyDeleteBricks and quilt blocks are very similar don't you think? I love a good brick pile to play with in the garden. Even broken ones can have a certain charm if used in mass. I think your design is lovely. Thanks for sharing it with us.
